I had the pleasure of working with Creative Countertops to give my tiny kitchen a little face lift ~ brightening and expanding the counter and replacing my outdated sink. Adding approx 18″ to the countertop has made a world of difference with space efficiency. Jason and his staff were professional and the installation was done in a very timely manner. We have used Creative Countertops before when we remodeled our kitchen in 2010. They didn’t disappoint then and they certainly didn’t disappoint when they remodeled our master bath. Dustin and Jacob installed the tile in the bath. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail turned our sad and dated bathroom into an absolute gem. We choose a tile that turned out to be hard to cut cleanly, but they hung in there and made some very difficult pieces that really made the difference. What Dustin did around the toilet water line escutcheon is perfect. No one will see it but us, but it really highlights the wonderful job they. They were also a joy to have around the house for a while. The vanity from Creekside Cabinets and the top from Creative Countertops also came out perfect thanks to Daniel Ponce of Dead On Builders, who also made the necessary repairs to our sheetrock. Johnny Guerrero of Creative Countertops has also been very helpful and responsive during the process. As soon as West Sound Plumbing and Bird Electric complete the finishing touches, our bathroom will be perfect. We can highly recommend Creative Countertops.

Creative Countertops has been incredible form beginning to end. When I voiced a concern to the installers. They notified the owner, without me asking, and I had a response within an hour from the owner. “It was our mistake. We will take care of it.” Amazing! A new large slab of granite was ordered at no cost to me. My new kitchen granite counter is beautiful. Each person at Creative Countertops from the front desk to the installers are professional and do quality work. Great staff, great customer service, beautiful project finished. Bill at Creative was great when I made my initial visit. He knows his stuff, took his time to explain everything, and followed up every question. I ended up picking a granite I never thought I would, but the price was right. It took couple of weeks for templating appointment, and then two weeks for the manufacture which they do on site with their giant machines. I really liked being able to review how my countertop pieces were being placed on the slabs I chose, and having the ability to tell the designer “please turn that one 90 degrees, to take advantage of that white area I want to see in the top right corner of the backsplash” etc., because they have photos of your slab they lay out on! The installation guys, that I ended up calling the “J crew” because all three of their names started with J, were extremely polite and professional. Yes, sadly we ran into couple of issues. Not with the extremely complicated pieces with 6 different angles that had to go into awkward places — those “weirdos” were all measured and fit perfectly. It was the rectangle backsplash piece that had an issue, and it was addressed on the spot, and resolved to my satisfaction within 2 days. Kudos to Creative to owning their mistake, owning it, and making it right. Overall, I would go with these guys again, and do recommend them. And no, they didn’t ask me to write them a review.

I’m a shopper. I tried at least 5 other suppliers and no one came close to this group in regards to giving me a super deal for my budget. Counter clerk was very knowledgeable suppling me with all of the whys and never made me feel intimidated. I was brought over to the cutting shop where seam placement and procedure was given. Templating was quick and accurate. I couldn’t believe how quick I was able to get my counter installed after signing. Do yourself a huge service saving time by choosing Creative. They will save you a ton which others could not even come close. Thanks guys! I will be back for my bathrooms.
